INSCOM OMNIBUS III Award Announcement - August 5, 2010

Woodbridge, VA – Silverback7, Inc. has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Silverback7 received a prime award for the INSCOM OMNIBUS III contract with a ceiling value for all program service areas of $492,400,000. The contract has a five-year base period of performance.

Through this program, Silverback7 is eligible to provide intelligence training and oversight for the Army-wide military intelligence training programs, force management, program management, resource management, administration, and test and evaluation support to INSCOM and its subordinate units. Work for the contract will be conducted at the HQ INSCOM, Fort Belvoir, Va., and other locations in support of INSCOM and its subordinate units.

INSCOM, the Army’s operational intelligence force, is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Va. It is a global command with major subordinate commands that tailor their support to the specific needs of different theaters of operation (e.g. Europe, South America, South West Asia, etc.).  The command synchronizes the intelligence operations of all INSCOM elements to ensure multi-discipline intelligence support to theater/component warfighters, the intelligence community and other national agencies.  INSCOM’s strategic organization of 16,000 Soldiers, Civilians and Contractors at more than 180 locations around the globe ensures leaders at all levels have access to the intelligence information they need, when and where they need it.
