INSCOM OMNIBUS III Task Order Award Announcement

Woodbridge, VA – Silverback7, Inc. (SB7) was recently awarded a contract to provide services to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command’s (INSCOM) Linguist Support Operations (LSO).  LSO is a Task Order under the INSCOM OMNIBUS III contract which supports the Headquarters Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff, G2X, and U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).  The LSO Office provides intelligence security support to DoD, other Federal Government Agencies, and Allied Forces in meeting mission critical security screening of contracted linguists.

The Intelligence Support Services OMNIBUS III contract, a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, was developed to create a framework for delivering intelligence and technical support to the INSCOM and its major subordinate commands.  OMNIBUS III has a ceiling value of $492 million. Silverback7 currently provides a variety of analytical and administrative support services to INSCOM via its multiple active task orders under OMNIBUS III.

INSCOM is the Army’s operational intelligence force, headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; it is a global command with major subordinate commands that tailor their support to the specific needs of different theaters of operation (i.e. Europe, South America, South West Asia, etc.).  INSCOM synchronizes the intelligence operations of all its major subordinate commands to ensure multi-discipline intelligence support to theater/component warfighters, the intelligence community and other national agencies.  INSCOM’s strategic organization of 16,000 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors at more than 180 locations around the globe ensures leaders at all levels have access to the intelligence information they need, when and where ever needed.
