In addition, Silverback7 has been awarded a contract for Military Advisors for overseas (Iraq) deployment to support U.S. Military and Coalition Forces to produce and distribute reports on information gathered from the local population. The successful applicant needs a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in supervising complex and challenging field operations in unstable, developing countries. Former military Special Forces and ASOT experience a plus. Professional knowledge and experience required in one or more of the following fields: military operations, conflict stabilization, counterinsurgency (COIN) techniques, foreign internal defense (FID), and intelligence. Requires excellent interpersonal and communications skills to effectively liaise with senior U.S. military officers and staff while being culturally sensitive to Iraqi counterparts. US Interim SECRET security clearance mandatory.
