In addition, Silverback7 is currently seeking to fill TWO positions in the Tampa area. The positions are identified as a Task Lead.
The Task Lead position in the Tampa area opens in June. Applicants should have a strong background in Psyops/Public Affairs/Information Operations (IO). As the Task Lead they will oversee the day-to-day operations of an analysis focused cell. Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of the project and serve as liaison between analysts and program management. Review status of projects, manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required plus an additional 4-8 years of previous personnel management or commensurate experience. Current GWOT experience managing or leading Psyops/IO programs within the SOCOM community is highly desirable. Security clearance required.
